RENTAL RATES are based on occupancy of no more than two persons per site. Additional adults occupying the site are charge $2.00 per day, $10.00 per week, or $30.00 per month; whichever is appropriate (consult office for child guest policy). Annual rates are billed monthly for actual electricity used.
The above “Utility Fee” does not apply to 7 or 12 month annual residents. For those, electricity shall be billed each month at the SRP Single Family Residential Rate. The current SRP Single Family Residential Rate has been separately posted in office. If that rate changes during the term of the rental agreement, the change will automatically be reflected in the billing.
